8/10 Very good! (158 reviews)
Location was perfect for a short trip in Singapore. Amenities are sufficient if you only plan on freshening up and sleeping in the hotel. Property has community water and umbrellas for hotel guests, which is helpful for traveling Singapore in general.

8.8/10 Excellent! (375 reviews)
Shower broken, we had no hot water at all after 8 nights of an 11 night stay. After 24 hours they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. There were ants in the room. The sofa bed was not suitable for adults and I hurt my back. The sound proofing was poor- conversations in next room could be heard but not what they were saying - but it kept me awake at night. The hotel is currently surrounded by building sites. On the plus side; very close to MRT and shopping centre. Bus stops outside and very central location. Good value for money.
